# Superior Aircraft Components: Shipping and Local Pickup Policy

### Overview

This policy outlines how Superior Aircraft Components handles shipping and local pickup for completed projects, including carrier usage, payment requirements, cutoff times, and restrictions on customer-provided labels.

#### Payment Required Before Shipping

Projects must be paid in full before they can be shipped. Superior Aircraft Components cannot release a package to FedEx while an outstanding balance remains.

#### Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges are calculated after the project is completed and the final package dimensions are determined.
- Because packaging requirements vary by project, shipping costs cannot be finalized in advance.
- The shipping charge must also be paid before the package can be released.

#### Shipping Cutoff Time

- Payments received after 2:00 PM Central Time will be processed for shipment on the next business day.
- Please keep this cutoff time in mind when submitting final payment, particularly for time-sensitive projects.

#### Shipping Carrier and Customer-Provided Labels

Superior Aircraft Components uses FedEx for all outgoing shipments.

- We do not bill shipments to third-party shipping accounts.
- We do not accept customer-provided UPS shipping labels.
- We do not schedule UPS pickups from our facility.
- All shipped packages must be processed through our established FedEx shipping account.

#### Local Pickup

- Completed projects may be picked up at our office in Hutto, Texas instead of being shipped.
- Once your project is complete, please coordinate with our team before arriving to ensure your package is ready for pickup.
